VT Campus Representative and Women’s Chaplain

Shalah Smiling serves as the Hokies Campus Representative and Women’s Chaplain and is dedicated to helping coaches and athletes discover their purpose through sports and deepen their relationship with Christ. Her passion for this mission comes from her own experience with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes - it instilled in her a sense of purpose and love for Christ. Now, she wants to invest in young people's growth and spiritual journey, and she hopes donors will share her vision.

When she's not busy being the best auntie, Shalah hopes to bring her positive energy to the field. She is passionate about helping others and aims to inspire everyone around her to do the same.
